The KanexPro one input over one output HDMI Extender is designed to carry DVI/ HDMI signals over distances beyond the capability of standard HDMI/ DVI cable. It extends video and audio over a single CAT5e/6 cable up to 165ft. (50m) and is compliant with EDID. In addition, the extender provides auto-adjustment, buffering and signal equalization to maintain pixel-perfect resolution up to HD 1080p/60 depending on the RJ-45 run. To attain full HD 1080p the distance has to be shorter than 100ft. Ideal for relocating your source such as a Blu-ray player or a satellite box to a remotely located display. | |

A very professional organization. Their stock items ship very quicly and arrive as expected. Backorder items have a estimated ship date which understandably can change as the suppliers make things available. When items ship typically the customer will get an invoice and in most cases a seperate email with detailed shipping info like tracking. Although the tracking information updates have greatly improved they are not 100% so at times a item may ship but tracking will not be readily available. The OrderTracking link on the website might show the missing tracking info but the email updates seem to be more reliable. Overall this is a great company, easy to work with, trustworthy and reliable. Customer service I will give my absolute best rating as they are there to help, they do help and they DO NOT under any circumstances give the customer the "run-around". They will gt back to you in a timely manner, usually in hours of your request. They have information that is useful, they answer your question. Quite possibly the best customer service out there.
